I have a gift for you - three e-mail templates that you can send to your potential client when someone sends you an inquiry about cooperation. To save your time, to have a template, a procedure that you do every time, and then move on to your next activities. See you in the next episode. I see! And let me know if you see any bottlenecks in your business, because this is very interesting. Let me know if you notice anything like this in yourself? In this video I would like to tell you about 4 elements of customer service that probably make you waste your precious time. Especially if you run your service business online and offer 1:1 services to your clients and group programs.I have read the book "Atomic Habits" by James Clear and it is one of the best books I have read in my life. It really changed a lot in my mind and sorted out my habits. This book is really great.
I don't know what it's like for you when it comes to Phone Number List reading development books (and those related to habits), but I've read a lot of them in my life. And while most of them made some positive changes in my actions - this book tops them all . Why? Until now, I had this image of building habits and action in general: if I want to change something - I choose the goal I am striving for and decide to do it in this and that way and choose habits that will lead me to this goal. I know that a new habit takes about 21 days to form, so I grit my teeth and try to "embrace" this new habit. Often it is not very pleasant and I have to fight myself a bit to practice this new habit. Ultimately, for me, a habit is a string along which I follow to reach my chosen goal (and this is how I have acted so far).
In "Atomic Habits" the author immediately breaks down such thinking, completely changing the purpose of taking any action and transfers it to the level of changing identity . Which for me was the complete destruction of the entire system I had so far (in a very positive way, of course). Let's see how it works with some examples: I want to stop eating sweets ➡ I am becoming a person who eats healthily, I want to develop my business ➡ I am becoming a person who is enterprising and acts boldly, I want to start saving ➡ I am becoming a person who is financially independent, I want to start running ➡ I am becoming a physically active person. These examples are a bit of a simplification, but I hope you know what I mean. Thanks to this, I can change my perspective and forming new habits becomes a little easier because it connects them to who I want to become.
